About Our Winners:
Pablo Diego, Busser: Pablo has been with The Poseidon for less than a year but has made a great impression on us all. He was born and raised in Cancun, Mexico where he broke into the hospitality industry. He has one son who is about to turn 30. The comments from his coworkers who nominated him that describe his work ethic were: very hard working, great attitude, always smiling, looks for ways to help and never stands still.
Rafael Rios Pena, Line Cook: Rafael is 35 Yyears old and started working with the Poseidon on July 2014. He started as a Prep Cook. He always displays interest to learn new stations and techniques in the kitchen. His work ethic is marvelous, he is always helping others. He is the only cook that can work in any station in the kitchen. Everyone at the restaurant loves him. He is a kind, sweet, lovable person. He is punctual and very professional. Whenever someone needs help on tasks or needs their shifts to be covered, Rafael is always there to help. Words sometimes can't be enough to talk about such great person like Rafael. We believe someday he will run the kitchen at the Poseidon and that will make us all happy. Thank you Rafael for the wonderful job you do and what you do for your Poseidon family.
